A twill tape covers the shoulder seams to stabilize the back of the garment and prevent fabric stretching.
No side seams
Knitted in one piece using tubular construction, it reduces fabric waste and makes the garment more aesthetically pleasing.
Ribbed collar without seam
The ribbed knit makes the collar highly elastic and helps maintain its shape.
Fabric
Made with specially spun fibers to achieve a very strong and smooth fabric, perfect for printing. The “Natural” color is produced with untreated cotton, which features small black specks naturally distributed across the fabric.
Fabric composition
Solid colors are 100% cotton/ Heather, Tweed, and Russet colors are 50% cotton and 50% polyester/ Sport Grey and Antique colors are 90% cotton and 10% polyester.

Double printing techniques
Sleeve prints (for Print Clever and Underground Threads) and internal neck labels are produced using the Direct-to-Film (DTF) technique, which ensures sharp and detailed designs. The remaining print areas are produced using the Direct-to-Garment (DTG) technique.
